THE CHP PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Credit and Financial Fitness Counseling to help you assess where you are in your homebuying journey, how much home you can afford, identify issues and address red flags: budgeting, saving, credit issues and proof of income.

• One-stop Financing Package competitive, conventional, fixed interest rate loans designed to make homeownership accessible and affordable. Depending on household income you may qualify for low- or no-interest, no-payment, deferred Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Loans.

• Buyers’ Agent Real Estate Broker Services to ensure our customers get homes that meet their needs within their budgets.
