HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS
Join us at our Rochester location
for a day of learning
all about homeownership!
Once a month, we offer our comprehensive 8-hour homebuyer education class in-person.
We have a team of experts available
to provide you with lots of information and answer all your questions. These typically include mortgage bankers, real estate agents, home inspectors, and real estate attorneys.
You’ll come away with access to down payment and closing cost assistance grants and loans, as well as a Homebuyer Education Certificate, valid for one year.

HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSE
An important tool for learning about
the home-buying process that many banks require
for mortgage approval.
Take the 8-Hour Homebuyer Education course on your own schedule, in your own space. Spend a day learning how to calculate your housing affordability, review purchase offer documents, and understand the value of a thorough, pre-purchase home inspection.
This online course will grant you:
•Access to Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance grants and loans.
•The Homebuyer Education certificate, which is valid for one (1) year.
