Join us at our Rochester location for a day of
learning all about homeownership!
Once a month, we offer our comprehensive 8-hour homebuyer education class in-person.
We typically have a team of experts available
to provide you with lots of information and
answer all your questions. These typically include mortgage bankers, real estate agents, home inspectors, and real estate attorneys.
You’ll come away with access to down payment and closing cost assistance grants and loans, as well as a Homebuyer Education Certificate, valid for one year.
Class fee is $75.00

This is an important tool for learning about the home-buying process. In fact, many banks require this course for mortgage approval.
Take the 8-Hour Homebuyer Education course from the comfort and safety of your home. Spend a day learning how to calculate your housing affordability, review purchase offer documents, and understand the value of a thorough, pre-purchase home inspection.
This course will also grant you access to the
following resources:
•Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance grants and loans.
