NCP offers grants and low-cost financing for home repairs and energy efficiency upgrades. 

 

The Warm & Dry in WNY program provides up to $29,000 per home for roof replacements and health and safety repairs.

 

Working with NYSERDA's EmPower+ program, residents of NYS are entitled to a free energy assessment and qualifying households can access up to $10,000 to make energy upgrades to lower your energy costs and make your home safe.

Along with funding, NCP provides construction management services, including initial and progress inspections, contractor procurement and escrow/payment management.
