This former school was renovated in 1989 into rental housing specifically designed for seniors 55 and over who use a wheelchair. Thanks to the support of the New York State Housing Trust Fund, this apartment building contains 39 units, four of which are completely wheelchair accessible.
Amenities include a beautiful courtyard and gazebo, a community garden, on-site evening building supervisor,
24-hr video surveillance, a dedicated laundry facility, and
a community room.
All units are carpeted one bedroom one bathroom, appliances are included (refrigerator and electric range), wheelchair accessible. All units are fully ADA compliant. Onsite shared laundry room and onsite parking. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities.
